Returns & Refunds

1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under UK consumer law, customers have 14 days from receiving goods to cancel their order.

2. Return Conditions

Items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Not be damaged by pet use

  • Include proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened pet food

  • Opened supplements

  • Grooming or hygiene products once opened

  • Personalised items

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
